Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Client Support Group in Norwich, CT. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling client support requests, remote or on-site at their offices, and assisting team members with ticket escalations. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients and following our best practices, using and improving client documentation, and assisting with client projects such as server upgrades and wireless deployments.

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in the MSP industry, providing IT support, and possessing great people and customer service skills. Experience with RMM tools and ticketing software is also required. Microsoft Certifications, preferably MCP in Azure, 365, Server 2016/2019/2022, are a plus. Network and/or security certifications, such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, are also desirable.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be working with a motivated team and will have access to paid training and certification programs, performance bonuses, and a competitive starting salary based on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and projects, and will be responsible for using and improving client documentation.
