  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the perishable department, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure that perishable products are displayed and stocked according to company standards, including meat, dairy, and frozen products.
  • Process and prepare perishable products for sale, including receiving, rotating, and stocking products.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, inventory management, and food safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
