Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products, including quality, freshness, and availability
  • Ensure that all produce products meet company standards for quality and freshness
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the produce department and surrounding areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
