Position Summary:

The General Manager at OTG Experience, LLC is the key management figure responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple dining concepts. This role encompasses the management of both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, pride, and success within the unit.
  • Manage the ordering process and maintain unit budgets effectively.
  • Monitor and project costs and sales on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure efficient staffing in line with labor budgets.
  • Oversee scheduling for managers and team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to both managers and staff.
  • Uphold high standards for food quality and customer service.
  • Direct the team to meet and exceed company performance standards.
  • Implement and oversee training programs for management and staff.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for managers, establishing clear deadlines.
  • Guide the team towards achieving financial objectives.
  • Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all employees.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure consistent communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise CIBO Markets within designated areas.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in hospitality or culinary arts.
  • 3 to 5 years of senior management experience in multi-unit operations.
  • Retail experience in convenience stores is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of P&L budgeting and forecasting.
  • Background in culinary arts and fine dining is a plus.
  • Commitment to exceptional service for customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and dependability.
  • High integrity and a strong work ethic aligned with OTG values.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
