Job Summary
PrideStaff is seeking a Support Services Specialist to join our team in Northport, AL. As an Office Clerk, you will provide critical support to our clients and contribute to the success of our office.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, call handling, and record keeping. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a small office environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have the ability to be cross-trained in logistics, inbound/outbound call handling, data entry, and computer skills. Customer service skills are also essential for this position. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
