Position Overview:
The Field Service Technician will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering exceptional customer service related to oil and gas production testing and processing equipment. Responsibilities include managing storage facilities and ensuring equipment is in optimal condition before and after use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform field service on equipment while ensuring courteous and efficient customer interactions, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Guarantee that all products meet customer satisfaction and comply with legal standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in storage facilities and service vehicles.
  • Provide installation and startup support for equipment as required.
  • Assist third-party contractors in preparing equipment for transport.
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to, maintaining organized documentation.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Adhere to all safety and personal protective equipment regulations as mandated by the company and its partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
