Position Overview:

This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing exceptional support to patients and ensuring smooth operations within the healthcare setting. You will:

  • Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Assist callers with inquiries, redirect calls as necessary, and take messages when required.
  • Welcome patients upon arrival and oversee their wait times.
  • Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
  • Collect co-payments and issue receipts accurately.
  • Handle walk-in patients and visitors with professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize medical records, ensuring all correspondence is properly filed.
  • Establish and nurture effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas.
  • Occasionally travel locally for meetings or to support other clinic locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
