Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Production Coordinator to manage residential construction and rehabilitation projects across multiple locations. The Production Coordinator will report directly to the Program Manager and is expected to be self-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking while employing advanced problem-solving skills. Strong communication abilities and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in various tasks.
  • Update and maintain project schedules.
  • Review and verify monthly billing for all ongoing projects.
  • Conduct file reviews at critical milestones to ensure compliance with construction management processes and documentation standards.
  • Efficiently track and manage all relevant documents (plans, permits, utility applications, etc.) for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate third-party inspections and ensure all documentation is properly archived.
  • Maintain regular communication with homeowners to keep them informed.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct clients appropriately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Experience in residential construction is advantageous but not essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Familiarity with permit expediting within municipal jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of adapting to firm-specific software.
