About the Job

With eight offices across the country, we specialize in new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse projects for various industries, including health care, education, industrial, commercial, and residential.

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Multifamily Superintendent to join our team at our Ft. Myers office. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our safety culture, managing subcontractors, and coordinating project workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the care, custody, and control of project sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings, facilitating open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Attend and participate in progress and project OAC meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and track project budgets and costs, utilizing project management systems and data from project managers.
  • Communicate key project information to design teams, governing authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments.
  • Ensure quality compliance through the use of specifications, setting quality standards, in-house QA/QC, and outside resources.
  • Support project closeouts by supervising pre-punch activities and coordinating with owners, architects, and governing authorities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of construction experience, with 8+ years of field supervision experience.
  • Multifamily construction experience and knowledge of project processes.
  • Ability to apply fundamentals of construction management to projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy, with the ability to apply it to project workflows.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
