Job Description

The Zafran Law Group is seeking a skilled Medical Records Coordinator to gather medical records for clients throughout their treatment and after discharge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process requests for health information, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Compile, review, and request medical records from hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Produce accurate summaries of clients' medical records, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a records management environment, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong PC skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
