Job Summary

The Dealer Field Sales Specialist is a key role in assisting VinFast dealers in all aspects of dealership operations, including sales support, product distribution, merchandising, customer assistance, and sales training.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve wholesale and retail sales objectives as assigned by VinFast leadership.
  • Regular in-person dealer visits to provide support and guidance.
  • Assist dealers with floor planning, promotions, merchandising, advertising, and other sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales, marketing, and competitive market conditions in the district.
  • Assist dealers in attaining short and long-term sales, profitability, and market share goals.
  • Conduct in-dealership sales training to improve customer and sales satisfaction levels.
  • Complete regular administrative responsibilities, including contact reports, weekly market recaps, sales forecasts, and office dealer network support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive work experience in automotive network development or sales and marketing.
  • Experience cultivating relationships with dealers, dealer groups, and general managers.
  • Knowledge of dealership activities and ability to create profit opportunities for VinFast dealers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Executive presence, confidence, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Can-do mindset with high energy and strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team building, and mentorship skills.
  • Creative problem solver with ability to think outside the box.
  • 75% travel required.
Compensation

VinFast Auto is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000.
