Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage all operational schedules within the manufacturing facility.
  2. Procure necessary components for production and engineering projects.

  5. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment including hoists, cranes, and forklifts.

Additional Duties:

  1. Assist in assembly and disassembly processes.
  2. Support inspection activities and contribute to quality assurance.
  3. Participate in press operations and welding tasks.
  4. Take responsibility for specific testing procedures to balance workload.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in engineering or production roles is essential.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in navigating ordering and scheduling systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
