En tant que Consultant en Solutions I, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes Produit, Ventes et Succès Client, en mettant à profit votre expertise pour promouvoir l'utilisation des solutions Omnicell. Votre objectif principal sera de maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits, de créer des supports de formation et de dispenser des sessions de formation engageantes à nos clients, les incitant à maximiser les avantages de nos solutions.
Responsabilités Clés :
- Développer et Exécuter : Renforcez votre expertise sur les produits Omnicell pour fournir un soutien consultatif aux équipes internes et aux clients externes. De l'engagement pré-implémentation au soutien post-implémentation, vous guiderez les clients à travers la planification stratégique et l'implémentation pour garantir une adoption réussie de nos solutions.
- Collaborer et Impact : Collaborez avec les équipes de Succès Client et de Ventes pour élaborer des plans de succès adaptés aux besoins de chaque client. Grâce à des engagements stratégiques et des initiatives orientées vers les objectifs, vous stimulerez la satisfaction des clients et l'adoption des produits, ayant ainsi un impact significatif sur le succès de nos clients.
- Inspirez et Autonomisez : Incitez nos clients à tirer pleinement parti des solutions Omnicell en recommandant des fonctionnalités clés qui s'alignent sur leurs objectifs. Votre capacité à communiquer efficacement et à fournir un soutien à valeur ajoutée permettra aux clients d'atteindre les résultats souhaités.
- Créer et Innover : Innovez en continu en créant de la documentation sur les meilleures pratiques et en utilisant des données pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration. Votre approche créative de la résolution de problèmes stimulera l'innovation et améliorera l'expérience client globale.
- Expérience et compréhension des opérations et des flux de travail en pharmacie.
- Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec les clients et les collègues.
- Capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, y compris Word, PowerPoint, Excel et Project.
- Compétences solides en présentation, rédaction et interpersonnelles, accompagnées d'excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies et environnements.
- Doit prospérer dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur les délais.
- 2 ans ou plus d'expérience dans les opérations pharmaceutiques ou équivalent.
- Permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite acceptable, et accès à un véhicule en bon état de fonctionnement.
- 2 ans ou plus d'expérience en tant que technicien en pharmacie ou équivalent.
- Expérience dans le développement de cours et la présentation/conception de contenu.
- Travail à distance avec des déplacements occasionnels (jusqu'à 10 %).
- Flexibilité avec des horaires de travail irréguliers pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Capacité à rester debout ou assis pendant de longues périodes peut être requise.
