Be the Face of McDonald's

As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit our restaurant. You will be responsible for leading the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean environment, providing expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features, and handling guest concerns with a solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Provide expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features

Handle guest concerns with a solution-oriented approach

Work hand in hand with the team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

Requirements:

A humble and hospitable demeanor

Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)

A desire to learn and grow

The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
