Job Title: BCBA (Behavior Analyst)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA to join our team at Integrated Autism Centers. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Providing direct therapy services to clients, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities
  • Supervising and training behavior technicians and other support staff
  • Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new programs and services
Responsibilities:

The BCBA will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Client Care:
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD
    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
    • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Supervise and train behavior technicians and other support staff
    • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Program Development:
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the BCBA must have:

  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
