About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team at Apogee Behavioral Medicine. As a key member of our clinician-led team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to patients in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Participate in new-hire orientation and maintain timely health records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services and refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities.
  • Work collaboratively with other providers to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
  • At least 2 years of prior outpatient clinical experience preferred.
  • Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities.
