About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team at Apogee Behavioral Medicine. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of providers to deliver comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in new-hire orientation and training programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely health records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Practice evidence-based standards of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services
  • Refer patients to internal resources for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities
Requirements
  • Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery
  • Acceptable licenses: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work
  • At least 2 years of prior outpatient clinical experience preferred
  • Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
