Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment lifecycle in both English and Spanish, including resume evaluations, interview scheduling, and pre-employment screenings.
- Serve as the primary contact for new employees, addressing inquiries and fostering engagement during the onboarding process.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires and review pre-employment screening results.
- Input new hire information into the HR database and maintain ongoing communication with departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices, reviewing policies regularly.
- Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to uphold HR compliance and manage payroll and benefits through ADP.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
- Strong customer service abilities, with excellent listening and questioning techniques.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance sectors is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
