Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement business development strategies to discover and pursue new opportunities that align with the company's growth goals.
  • Assess, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic alliances that can strengthen our market presence and product offerings.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers at target partners, including C-level executives and senior management.
  • Negotiate and finalize strategic partnership agreements that stimulate revenue growth and broaden our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective implementation and execution of partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to uncover new partnership prospects.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners and business opportunities utilizing CRM tools.
  • Create and present persuasive presentations and proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and identify new business prospects.
  • Oversee partnership budgets and forecasts, reporting on key metrics and KPIs.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the enterprise SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships and business agreements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise SaaS market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing and executing data-driven business development strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for meetings and events.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Experience in startups.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS.

Compensation range: $140,000-$180,000 USD.
