About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Platforms Agency to lead our team in delivering exceptional digital products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive digital transformation and improve customer experience
  • Lead a high-performing team of IT professionals to design, develop, and deploy digital platforms and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 7+ years of IT work experience, with 5+ years of leadership experience and 2+ years of project management experience
  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures, and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Agent OS and experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms for agent support
  • Familiarity with Spectrum's Customer Management systems and ability to effectively utilize these tools to improve customer service and interactions
