We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Platforms Agency to lead our team in delivering exceptional digital products and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive digital transformation and improve customer experience
- Lead a high-performing team to design, develop, and deploy digital platforms and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- 7+ years of IT work experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures, and techniques
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile principles
- Understanding of Agent OS and experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms for agent support
- Familiarity with Spectrum's Customer Management systems
