The Admissions Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to attract and engage prospective students for both undergraduate and graduate programs. This role entails managing omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader institutional goals, and collaborating with various teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the marketing and admissions teams to understand their needs and align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital platforms and print media.
- Track the success of marketing campaigns and tactics, analyze trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to guide strategic planning.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality and impactful marketing assets.
- Coordinate with other departments and external agencies as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Education and ExperienceA bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or similar is required for this position, with 2+ years of experience in marketing or related areas.
Skills and Qualifications- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and analytics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and design software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A love for and understanding of the College's mission.
