Overview:

The Restaurant Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals with high potential in restaurant management, focusing on the responsibilities of overseeing the operations of multiple locations, typically ranging from 7 to 15 establishments. This position offers employment-based visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top-tier managerial talent.
  • Training & Development: Foster the growth and skill enhancement of team members.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service and quality, enhancing brand reputation.
  • Financial Performance: Drive sales growth and manage costs effectively.
  • Strategic Operations: Collaborate with the Support Center to implement operational strategies that promote efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Human Resources: Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of food quality, guest satisfaction, and team friendliness.
  • Financial Oversight: Focus on revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Kitchen Operations: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, manage inventory, and oversee food preparation.
  • Operational Standards: Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Work Schedule: This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of one to two years in an operational role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius and adapt to a varied schedule, including weekends.

Work Environment:

While performing duties, employees may encounter hot environments due to kitchen operations and are expected to remain on their feet for extended periods. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating effective communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
