Position Overview

Role Summary

This executive position is responsible for collaborating with the Executive Sales Management team to formulate a comprehensive strategy aimed at safeguarding, expanding, and pursuing new business opportunities in alignment with the OneMedline Acute Care Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Specialty Sales, this role oversees the Clinical sales teams and healthcare professionals specializing in Respiratory, Vascular, Urology, and Skin Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing innovative programs for clients that distinguish us in clinical engagement points.
  • Overseeing the daily performance of all sales and clinical personnel.
  • Setting sales targets by forecasting and establishing annual sales quotas for various regions and territories, as well as projecting anticipated sales volume and profitability for both existing and new offerings.
  • Monitoring sales team metrics, tracking sales volume, product assortment, and pricing by staying informed on supply and demand, evolving trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
  • Working closely with field sales leadership to sustain national sales team performance through coaching, motivation, planning, and evaluation of job outcomes.
  • Engaging in overall product strategy, clinical research initiatives, and conceptual program development.
  • Identifying and analyzing market trends that influence sales, service, and product innovation.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.

Professional Experience:

  • Over 10 years of sales experience and/or a minimum of five years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in sales management with a history of exceeding objectives.

Additional Information:

  • This position necessitates travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.
