Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the scheduled planned maintenance of all lift trucks within a designated service zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary service contact.
  • Communicate with customers regarding repairs or maintenance needed to keep forklifts in safe and proper operating condition.
  • Manage the planned maintenance program, including service intervals within the respective service zone.
  • Conduct minor repairs of forklifts and perform thorough forklift inspections to identify any repairs that are needed.
  • Consult with customers regarding needed repairs or additional maintenance items.
  • Record accurate information and communicate daily activities with zone teammates.
  • Be self-motivated and organized, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Ability to keep a company vehicle at your place of residence.
Work Conditions/Physical Demands

The Service Technician Project Manager will work in a maintenance environment with potential exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, fumes, chemicals, or solvents. The ability to work in difficult or outdoor environments is required.
