Job Summary

United Gaming, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing gaming equipment in designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain gaming equipment in designated locations
  • Assist in warehouse preparation of equipment for installations
  • Respond to service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to manage assignments efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and repair gaming devices as needed
  • Manage inventory of route vehicles to ensure parts are available when needed
  • Interact with clerks, management, and customers to resolve issues
  • Complete necessary documentation for device entry and logs
  • Perform auditing and diagnostic work on equipment
  • Deliver products from company locations to customer locations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one to three years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficient with basic PC skills
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Must have a flexible work schedule availability

Work Environment:

  • Frequently required to stand
  • Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Frequently required to talk or hear
  • Frequently required to lift/push lightweights up to 150 lbs.
  • Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
  • Frequently required to drive over 150 miles in a given day
