At Lillibridge Healthcare Services, we provide exceptional facilities for healthcare providers nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Property Manager and General Manager to oversee building staff and vendors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in financial and management report preparation, monitoring collections, and default proceedings
  • Assisting in operating expense and capital budget monitoring, preparing and administering recoveries and adjustments
  • Effectively managing relationships with internal and external teams
  • Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations as required
  • Collaborating with maintenance staff to develop a 5-year capital plan
  • Participating in the Customer Service Tenant Satisfaction survey process
  • Tracking progress of goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets; generating reports on status
  • Overseeing facility operations, including maintenance programs, vendor contracts, building inspections, construction/TI administration, emergency response & preparedness, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating with Property Manager/General Manager on lease administration functions
  • Overseeing Housekeeping/Janitorial efforts

Required qualifications include:

  • One to three years of hands-on real estate management experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices, preferably in real estate
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel a must) and accounting software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to exercise prudent judgment in the absence of supervisory personnel
  • Attention to detail and strong aptitude for mathematics
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion, ability to multi-task
