Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analytical support across the entire business. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide financial planning and analytical support to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial rigor and analytical leadership
- Implement procedures and tools to streamline reporting and analysis
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 2 years at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- 2+ years of investment banking or management consulting experience is strongly preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, etc.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders
- Competitive salary range: $170,000/year - $240,000/year + equity + benefits
