Millennium Consulting Associates is a dynamic environmental consulting firm positioned for significant expansion in the coming years. The Environmental Project Manager, Geotechnical Engineer, or Senior Environmental Consultant recognizes that this position necessitates various levels of leadership to propel our organization towards peak performance.


• Qualified professional holding a Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited

university in engineering, geology, or a related discipline.


• EIT or GIT certification is mandatory; PE or PG certification is preferred.


• Over 8 years of relevant experience.


• Must be open to travel for project assignments across California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop work plans and protocols, oversee field operations, and coordinate field personnel and related tasks to execute technically sound project strategies. This may also encompass the execution of field activities.
  • Lead a team of geologists, engineers, and/or field technicians in conducting field investigations, which may include well drilling, environmental assessments, and remediation projects at various sites.
  • Manage the collection and analysis of project data, including synthesizing field data to assess and identify future client needs and project specifications. Interpret findings, create, and finalize reports for the Project Manager's review that accurately document results and remediation recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Company standards and client requirements by monitoring and reviewing individual task schedules, budgets, and client invoicing to successfully complete project work.
  • Engage in the mentorship of junior staff and collaborate with senior management to foster growth as a consultant and leader within the firm.
  • Compile reports detailing geological conditions, hydrogeological assessments, contamination extent, and the behavior of site contaminants.
  • Facilitate client interactions with effective communication skills while organizing and executing field activities.
  • Must be capable of wearing respiratory protection and passing a baseline physical examination for the job role.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational abilities.


• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.


• Completion of 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR).


• QSD/QSP (Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner) Certification is advantageous.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation Range: $95,000-$120,000
