About the Role
The Medical Operations Manager position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our clinics. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures within our clinics, including clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative functions. You will also be responsible for coaching staff on performance and professional development, leading weekly meetings with clinic staff, and utilizing a "hands-on" approach in upholding company standards regarding clinic operations, cleanliness, and staff duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures within our clinics
* Coach staff on performance and professional development
* Lead weekly meetings with clinic staff to ensure goal achievement, continuous training, and franchise consistency
* Utilize a "hands-on" approach in upholding company standards regarding clinic operations, cleanliness, and staff duties

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare management or business administration
* At least two years of experience in medical clinic management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity
* Certified in phlebotomy and injection administration
* Basic understanding of electronic medical records (EMRs)
