Clinical Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Assistant at MedScribes. As a scribe, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our clinicians by documenting patient information in real-time.
This is an exciting opportunity for students interested in healthcare to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Document patient information in real-time during physician-patient interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
- Support clinicians with data entry and administrative tasks
- Minimum age: 19 years old
- Commitment: Minimum 2-3 shifts per week, approximately 20 hours per week for 1 year
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Typing speed: minimum 60 words per minute
- Computer: reliable laptop computer with Windows 10/11 or macOS Catalina or later, 8GB minimum, 256GB SSD minimum
- Internet connectivity: minimum broadband speed of 25 Mbps
