Job Description

The Clinical Operations Director will oversee the operations of supported orthodontic offices, working closely with Practice Administrators to achieve growth and development goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Oversee the initial operations of newly supported orthodontic offices that the company acquires">
  3. Support Practice Administrators with workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to maintain optimum performance of each supported practice">
  4. Analyze business reporting and create recommendations for attaining yearly budgetary and contribution goals">
  5. Motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and make difficult decisions">
  6. Monitor scorecards and tracking spreadsheets for each supported practice and develop effective ways to close gaps between actual performance and company projections">
  7. Work with multiple Practice Administrators across a large region, coordinating in-practice visits and reviews">
  8. Hire, train, and coach Practice Administrators">

Required Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • Completion of one of the following: at least five years of business management experience, an associate degree and not less than three years of business management experience, or a Bachelor's degree and two years of business management experience">
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail">
  • Able to frequently travel with some overnight stays">
  • High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment">
  • Outstanding relationship-building, interpersonal, and leadership skills">
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build comfortable and approachable relationships with patients">

Preferred Qualifications

Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
