As a Client Engagement Associate (CEA), you will have the chance to channel your enthusiasm for customer support into a role and organization that will nurture your advancement in the financial services field. You will be instrumental in the operational efficiency of this local Schwab branch, working closely with your Client Engagement Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will support to provide an exceptional client experience. Development and growth are central to this position. Within the Branch Network at Schwab, you will find a defined growth trajectory along with limitless opportunities to push your boundaries and enhance your expertise. Although obtaining licenses is not mandatory for this role, Schwab will assist you in achieving the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if that aligns with your career aspirations. What You Have

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field.
  • While licensing is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role; Charles Schwab will support employees in this position in obtaining and/or maintaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
  • Ability to address client needs with professionalism and tact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Capability to cultivate and sustain effective cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts
  • May be required to become a Notary
