Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Theatre Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our theatres are running smoothly and that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide attentive and efficient service to guests
- Monitor theatre activity and ensure that it is properly staffed
- Resolve conflicts or concerns from guests and employees
- Ensure that staff members follow company policies and procedures
- Keep up to date on personnel records and certifications needed for the staff
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests and team members at all times
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Stay current on new releases and upcoming movies
- Communicate and coordinate as a team with your fellow colleagues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support
- Remain attentive to corporate requests and mindful of related responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
