Role Summary:

  • The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining ongoing communication with development teams as part of the CLM product group. This individual is tasked with overseeing adherence to established project timelines and reporting progress to relevant committees.
  • This initiative employs a hybrid methodology, integrating traditional waterfall techniques for project governance with Agile Scrum and SAFe practices for delivery.
  • The Project Manager is responsible for bridging these two methodologies, promoting collaboration, and removing any methodological barriers. Monthly financial forecasting is a key responsibility, which includes managing resources for onboarding and offboarding. Compliance with the Bank's Delivery Governance Framework is essential.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in traditional Project Management and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale software development projects for at least 5 years.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Scala, Python, SQL, Hadoop, Java, Springboot, and React is preferred.
  • Proficient in tools including Excel, Word, Access, Notes, Microsoft Projects, Visio, PowerPoint, Skype, and MS Teams. Strong skills in ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence are also required.
  • Ability to effectively manage issues and escalations at the SteerCo level.

Desirable but Not Required:

  • Experience with cloud technology-based delivery.
  • Background in vendor management.
  • Familiarity with Clarity project management software.
