Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a range of projects from business initiatives to complex transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining key milestones and timelines.
• Ensure potential risks to project timelines are identified and included in the project plans.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure project tracking is timely, accurate, and reflects all changes.
• Prepare and present project tracking reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risk, and status on key deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
