Key Responsibilities- Perform testing, diagnostics, and sorting of electronic devices to determine their resale value.
- Accurately record all relevant conditional issues, logs, product inventory, and erasure documents into our inventory management software.
- Clean, wipe, and prepare IT equipment for sale or transfer.
- Identify and categorize IT devices, including PCs, laptops, hard drives, printers, and networking equipment.
- Meet and exceed daily production goals and quota numbers with a focus on quality.
- Pack, unpack, wrap, sort, palletize, load, and move IT equipment throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack and carts.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to type proficiently.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good decision-making skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills to accurately count and track IT equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- IT or relevant electronic experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge with others.
