Anodizing Technician

Vegas Metal Finishing LLC is seeking a skilled Anodizing Technician to join our team. As an Anodizing Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of metal parts for the anodizing process, including cleaning, blasting, and racking. You will also learn and perform the anodizing process under the supervision of experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing metal parts for the anodizing process.
• Learn and perform the anodizing process.
• Monitor and maintain anodizing equipment.
• Follow established procedures for various types of anodizing.
• Measure and record data during the anodizing process.
• Assist in post-anodizing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of customer orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in metal finishing, electrochemical processes, or manufacturing.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies related to anodizing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and handle materials and parts.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment.

Work Environment:

This position involves working in a manufacturing environment where you will be exposed to chemicals, electrical equipment, and moving machinery. You must adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
