Customer Service Security Specialist

Job Summary
As a Security Officer - Customer Service Representative at MSCCN, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to remain visible, actively monitor the premises, and maintain access control. You will also be responsible for preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Additionally, you will provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. If you have a background in receptionist, hospitality, or retail, you will be a great fit for this role. No prior customer service experience? No problem. With a positive attitude and outgoing personality, we will provide the training and knowledge you need to succeed in the security industry.
