  • Lead the creative team in producing and disseminating captivating content across multiple online channels.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new marketing prospects and trends.
  • Support administrative functions related to real estate marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee and curate agent social media profiles, ensuring consistent engagement and promotion of listings and transactions.
  • Accurately input New Construction listings into the MLS database to maximize market exposure.
  • Implement tailored marketing strategies for clients and agents.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive Marketing Calendar outlining timelines for campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Design promotional materials such as flyers and brochures for open houses and client engagement events.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing postcards, including promotional announcements.
  • Plan and manage quarterly events, including logistics, budgeting, and promotional outreach.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.

  • Experience in office administration or similar roles, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A creative approach with a keen interest in utilizing technology and AI for marketing innovation.
  • A commitment to pursuing a real estate license and ongoing professional development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Compensation:
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
