Job Description

Kasper Custom Remodeling, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Financial Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong accounting and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction accounting, with expertise in financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, and payroll management. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is essential.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $145,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and 11 paid holidays.
