Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Main Tasks
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including invoices and payment applications.
  • Review and verify subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and change orders.
  • Analyze job cost variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers and controllers to ensure seamless financial operations.
