Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our Growth team. As a key member of the team, you'll manage TV campaigns for SMB clients, ensuring their needs are met through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.
Key RequirementsTo excel in this role, you'll require:
- A Bachelor degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a field like business, statistics, data analytics, or economics.
- At least ~1-2 years of experience buying/trading within digital/programmatic buying platforms (DSP's, etc.).
- ~1-3 years of experience in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Proven ability to work with performance-minded clients, focusing on business outcomes such as CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
