Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing or a related healthcare field is required, along with either an RN license or relevant clinical certification.

A minimum of 5 years of acute care clinical experience is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. Proven ability to manage programs and projects effectively. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred. Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is a plus. Experience in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and data analysis is highly desirable.

Additional relevant education and experience are preferred.
