IT Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Foundation Health Partners. As a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining application and system specifications and processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing information for staff and various committees, participating in task forces, and creating application and end-user documentation. You will also participate in the preparation of fully integrated testing scenarios, analyze information systems, and identify, investigate, track, and resolve minor project, system, or application errors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information for staff and various committees guiding the design, implementation, and maintenance of application and system specifications and processes.
- Participate in task forces to plan, implement, and coordinate facility activities to maximize information technology service quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Create application and end-user documentation following applicable department, company, and industry standards and policies.
- Participate in the preparation of fully integrated testing scenarios. Analyze information systems across multiple levels and states and their relationships.
- Identify, investigate, track, and resolve minor project, system, or application errors ensuring the solution is timely and of acceptable quality.
Requirements:
- Must possess an associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business, and healthcare experience.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business, and healthcare experience.
- Requires intermediate to advanced skills using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other standard business applications.
- Requires communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
- Licensed RN, PT, OT, or MLS preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.

Benefits:
- Compensation: $31.32-$48.94 hourly wage based on experience and education.
