Job Overview

The LPR Recovery Agent plays a critical role in recovering collateral and assets for our clients. This position requires a calm and composed individual who can work independently with remote supervision. The successful candidate will drive a provided vehicle equipped with technology for scanning, running/updating accounts, and collecting data in a designated area.

This role involves the use of License Plate Recognition equipment to scan license plates, heavy surveillance, and collaboration with our team of recovery agents to locate and secure our client's collateral. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to assist with locating vehicles within their designated area. If you enjoy working outdoors and have an investigative mindset, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The LPR Recovery Agent will work their accounts, investigate, and make contact with the office when the vehicle is found. The primary goal is to recover our clients' assets. You will be trusted to do the right thing every time by adhering to our company policy and procedures. The harder you work, the more money you make. The areas and the hunt change every day, making it an interesting and dynamic role.

**Important Note:** Our company vehicles do not go home with you, and you must have reliable transportation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer and tablet skills, including internet and email
  • Clean driving record, subject to background and drug test
  • Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, and strong work ethic
  • 23 years of age due to insurance requirements
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
