We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Delta Defense. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with gun ranges, retailers, and firearms instructors in your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and retention
- Sell USCCA memberships to individuals attending CCW classes and at brick & mortar stores/ranges
- Execute the organization's outside sales program to achieve sales goals across the nation
- Travel within your territory to meet with clients and prospects, with minimal exceptions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Must pass State Property & Casualty Insurance exam following company-provided training
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to persuade and present to large audiences
- Experience in the firearms industry is highly desirable, with current firearms instructor certifications or interest in achieving certification preferred
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions
- $5,500 in bonuses upon successful completion of training
- Mileage reimbursement for all work-related mileage and car allowance
- Additional allowance for your cell phone
