Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sunnyside. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing personalized consultations to customers, educating them on our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and usage guidelines.
  • Consult with customers to determine their needs and preferences, making recommendations on products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and restocked as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance as needed.
