Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Golf Galaxy. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through your eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, and high brand and execution standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every customer and proactively approach them to support their shopping experience
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for golf and a commitment to helping customers find the right products
  • Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and promote company programs
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and the store
Requirements
  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items occasionally
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
