A Counter Sales Associate at White Cap will:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
  • Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and relay order information to customers. Pull orders as necessary.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information effectively.
  • Exhibit knowledge of products and their applications, offering technical advice, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues.
  • Identify related products for upselling, inform customers of product promotions, and suggest add-on extensions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
  • Familiarity with construction and industrial products.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
